A beloved gathering for Ayurveda practitioners and enthusiasts.
Many years ago, a group of us started a regular gathering for Seattle-based Ayurveda practitioners and enthusiasts called the 'Seattle Ayurveda Sangha'. We would meet regularly to discuss various Ayurveda related topics and enjoy a potluck and good company. The frequency of the Sangha has fluctuated over the past few years and many of us long for connection to our like-minded community of healers.
If you are an Ayurveda enthusiast and would like to spend an evening with us, you are invited! I would truly love to see you then.
This will be a potluck for those of us who practice Ayurveda, AND for those who are simply interested in it. All are welcome. It is a free gathering. In addition to catching up and perhaps meeting some new friendly faces, we will be going around the room and having people (those who want to) share one small thing they do to maintain or return to joy or health on a regular basis…an opportunity to learn something about one another, and perhaps learn a new tool (or remember an old one) for ourselves, and for those who might be new to Ayurveda.
